We are Re-enactors

We portray the 82nd Airborne's 505th PIR during the second world war. The 505th is one of four infantry regiments of the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army. We attend events all over the UK. We have members of all ages, backgrounds and locations, from Kent to Cumbria. We gather together on the weekends to pay respect and portray the members of the 505th RCT and their involvement in WW2, mainly focusing on their involvement in the Allied liberations of Normandy and Holland in 1944.

The 505th RCT BRG strives to represent and remember those who came before us and fought for the freedom we enjoy today. As an independent unit, over the past decade we have built one of the largest and most diverse Airborne re-enactment groups in the UK. As the 505th Regimental Combat Team, we come together on weekends at events up and down the country, to share our passion for the 1940's era and everything Airborne. As the group has grown from strength to strength over the years, we have amassed a wide network of friends and colleagues in the re-enacting scene, enabling us to provide a wide variety of impressions and scenarios at events.
